MAX Power Mining (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) announced that Eric Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., exercised 12,138,548 company warrants issued through several investments since August 2025, providing MAX Power with $6,004,216.22 in proceeds. Following the exercise completed Aug. 24, 2026, Sprott beneficially owns, directly or indirectly, 47,123,527 shares, representing approximately 24.35% of MAX Power’s 193,505,888 issued and outstanding common shares, and holds an additional 16.5 million warrants. CEO Ran Narayanasamy said the funds will further accelerate the company’s commercial validation drill program at the Lawson Complex, where MAX Power is delineating its Natural Hydrogen system.

MAX Power also announced that President and Director Chad Levesque will present at the Clean Energy & Metals Virtual Investor Conference on Aug. 27 from 1:30-2 p.m. ET.
