ECGI Holdings Inc. (OTC: ECGI) is a publicly traded holding company focused on healthcare through its acquisition of Avanta Group. Its healthcare platform spans health plan development, healthcare management services, technology and benefits commerce.

The business centers on connecting providers, health plans and care teams to support preventive care, earlier outreach and chronic disease management. Avanta’s stated mission is to create an integrated ecosystem where patients, providers and partners can access the clinical support and essential resources that contribute to a healthy life.

ECGI intends to combine healthcare operating expertise with artificial intelligence and automation to support care navigation, administrative workflows and member engagement. Further development of the platform depends on operational execution and applicable regulatory approvals.

The company is headquartered in Irvine, California.

Healthcare Platform

ECGI has completed its acquisition of Avanta Group. Avanta’s businesses span a developing health plan, a management-services organization, health technology, consumer health and wellness, and supporting real estate. Avanta Health Plan requires applicable regulatory licenses and approvals before operating or enrolling members.

Avanta describes its Management Services Organization (MSO) as a partner for physician groups transitioning from fee-for-service reimbursement to value-based care. Its services include payer contract negotiation, financial reporting, clinical workflow support, quality-measure programs and care coordination. Practice administration services cover scheduling, billing oversight, patient engagement, compliance support and provider training.

Avanta also describes a benefits commerce platform intended to help members access essential daily items alongside healthcare services. Its integrated approach combines clinical enablement, administrative support and data capabilities. ECGI’s planned technology applications include identifying care gaps, prioritizing earlier outreach and connecting providers and care teams while keeping clinical decisions with healthcare professionals.

Market Opportunity

ECGI’s healthcare strategy targets health plan development and services that help providers coordinate care and manage performance-based contracts. U.S. healthcare spending reached $5.3 trillion in 2024 and is projected to grow an average of 5.4% annually from 2025 through 2034, reaching 20.6% of gross domestic product by 2034. Within this market, Avanta’s approach combines clinical management, administrative services and technology to support more coordinated, proactive care.

Medicare Advantage is a specific focus of Avanta’s developing health plan, with projected payments of $574 billion in 2026 and approximately 35.2 million enrollees, representing 55% of eligible Medicare beneficiaries. Estimated quality bonuses of $13.4 billion in 2026 connect this market to Avanta’s stated emphasis on quality measures, preventive care and chronic disease support. Potential revenue growth would depend on regulatory approvals, enrollment and service expansion, while profitability would depend on effective management of medical and administrative costs.
