Study Says Hype Around AI Tools Doesn’t Translate into Actual Use

A new survey has determined that few individuals regularly use hyped artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT. The investigators surveyed 12,000 individuals in six countries, including the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Denmark, Argentina and the United States. Of the total number surveyed, only 2% of respondents revealed that they used such products on a daily basis. The survey was carried out by Oxford University and the Reuters Institute.
